After a long hiatus, I have taken up rowing again in 2021, and I recently joined the Polytechniker Ruderclub Zürich, and spend many hours on Lake Zurich, usually early in the morning.
Previously, I did most of my rowing on rivers and canals in France and elsewhere. I did participate in a couple of regattas, but preferably long-distance ones such as the Tour du Lac Léman à la rame.
I started rowing in my school's rowing club when I was eleven. Later I joined Bonner RV 1882. For a few years respectively, I was a member of ARC zu Berlin and the Rowing Club Lausanne.
